1.Bahujan politicians should receive maximum number of phone calls of commoners of their area.Now use of smartphone is necessary to use social media to save a lot of energy, time and resources.
2.They should check missed calls and call back.
3.They should save at least 5000 numbers of their area.10 or 20 mobile numbers of every village,all important officers of the area and religious institutions.
4.At least 25 to 50 outgoing calls to help the needy.
5.2 hours daily for social media.
6.Newspapers reading and inclusion of relevant steps in daily routine.
7.Visit places of atrocities.Attending and organising Pay back to society meetings in area to get feedback and expectations.
8.visit Blocks,Thanas ,tehsils and vikas bhawans and other important places as much as you can to help the aggrieved.
9.Shake hand with everybody with a victorious welcome without any reservations.
10.Attend and organise at least one meeting daily.Organise seminars and meetings associated with all great personalities associated with Bahujan movement.
11.Keep in touch with all friends and relatives in times of pleasures and pain.
12.Maintain record of birthdays,important events like marriage and wedding anniversaries of
nears and dears working as team members.
13.Daily new members and friends should be added to get the benefit.
14.No bitter words to the careless team members.Working should be through appreciation,expectation ,Corrective approach,rewards and cooperation.
15.Accept feedback about your working daily and add the requirements.Any justified demand can be fulfilled with the help of social media and good conduct.
16.Try to meet everybody at your residence.In absence some family member /well behaved son,daughter or wife should listen to the aggrieved people and inform you to respond to the problems.
17.Identify the development problems of your area .
18.Identify the problems of all sections like labourers, Kisan, govt servants,pensioners,rickshaw pullers,teachers,Advocates, doctors and other people expecting better governance.
19.Knowledge of expectations of new generation through TV,books and travelling.
20.Develop good oratory skill and convincing skill to maintain smooth interaction with people around.
21.Clarity of programme ,contribution and manifesto should be told to the people from bottom to top.
22.Ill tempered people have no future in democratic working.Devise local means and ways to accumulate popularity without any compromise with missionary discipline.
23.New generation wants work .Sycophancy and emotional appeals do not work everytime.
